Decorative-maintenance planning
Scoping cosmetic work so quotations can be compared fairly.
Write a short scope: the rooms involved, the finishes wanted, and whether materials are included in the quotation.
Ask each provider to quote labour and materials separately, with a start date and an expected duration.
Agree how variations will be priced before work begins, and keep a written record of anything agreed on site.
